Who we are
Veystra LLC is a digital growth agency based in Georgia, USA. This policy covers veystra.com.
If you have any question about this page, or about information we hold, email hello@veystra.com. A person reads that inbox and replies within one business day.
What we collect when you use the contact form
If you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you type: your name, email address, and — if you choose to give them — your company, phone number, the service you're interested in, your budget, your timeline, and your message.
We only ask for your name and email. Everything else is optional, and the form works without it.
We use this to reply to you and to talk about the work. We do not add you to a mailing list from a contact form.
What we collect automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages people read, roughly where in the world they are, what device and browser they use, and which site sent them here.
Google Analytics does this using cookies, which are small files stored by your browser. It also processes your IP address.
This tells us about visitors as a group. We do not use it to work out who you are.
Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability.
Cookies, and how to refuse them
The only cookies this site sets are the Google Analytics ones described above. We do not use advertising cookies on this site, and we do not track you across other websites.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Google also publishes a browser add-on that turns Google Analytics off everywhere, at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Blocking them does not break anything here. The site works exactly the same.
Who else handles your information
We use a small number of companies to run this site, and your information passes through them:
Vercel hosts the website. Resend delivers the email from our contact form. SiteGround hosts our own mailboxes, which is where your enquiry lands. Google provides Analytics. These companies are based in, or store data in, the United States.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Analytics data is kept for 14 months, then deleted by Google automatically.
Enquiries sent through the form are kept in our email while we're in touch, and for as long as we may need them for our records. If you'd rather we deleted yours, ask and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@veystra.com and we'll handle it.
You do not have to explain why, and asking costs you nothing.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this page
If we change how the site collects or uses information, we update this page and change the date at the top.
